01 · Program structure

Programs hold projects. Projects hold the work.

A program is the standing commitment: Global standards, Business planning. Inside it, each project is one unit of work, such as one standard across ten sites or one planning cycle, moving through the phases it needs. Everything rolls up to one view by site, region and group.

✓Program → project → module, with the phase each one is in
✓Plan on a page and strategy cascade for executives, with ten-second updates
✓Document library: standards, procedures and translations linked to the requirements they satisfy

02 · Assessments

Three ways to read whether a standard is understood, in place and evidenced.

Formative

A one to two hour facilitated team session. Join by QR, no accounts. Live scores by understanding, compliance, performance and leadership; gaps become actions in the room.

Gap

Fifty to eighty evidence questions per standard, across every department and operation, in each site's language. About 80% pre-built for common standards.

AI gap

Reads your procedures and site standards against the requirement and drafts the gap list before anyone is interviewed. More on AI →

03 · Actions

Every gap becomes an action with an owner and a date.

Actions are created from sessions, gap assessments and AI findings, assigned to the person who owns the fix, and chased by our delivery team. Closing one requires evidence, so what the board sees is what an auditor would see.

✓Owner, due date, priority and the requirement it closes
✓Evidence attached on closure; reopened if the next assessment disagrees
✓Reminders and escalation run by Method8; a leader clears one in ten seconds
✓Export or hand off to the systems that already own the work
04 · Reports

A five-minute monthly read. A board-ready yearly view.

Reports are generated from the same data the sessions and assessments produce, so there is nothing to compile. Our practitioners write the narrative; the charts, roll-ups and trend lines are automatic.

Same day

Session readout to the sponsor with scores and actions.

Monthly

Plan status, open actions, what moved, by site and function.

Yearly

Evidence by standard and site, with the trend against last year.

Prefer your own dashboards? CSV and Power BI exports and a REST API are included.

05 · AI

Reads your documents. Drafts the gaps. A practitioner reviews before you see it.

AI does the reading that used to take a delivery team weeks: comparing your procedures with the requirement, summarising hundreds of session responses, translating question banks. Nothing reaches you unreviewed, and nothing you upload trains a shared model.

✓Gap analysis of source documents against a standard or regulation
✓Executive narrative drafted from session and assessment responses
✓Translation of question banks and reports into each site's language
✓Your documents only, processed in Australia, never used to train shared models
06 · SSO, SCIM & security

Your identity provider decides who gets in and what they see.

Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra, Okta or any SAML 2.0 / OIDC provider. SCIM provisioning creates, updates and removes users from your directory, so leavers lose access the day they leave. Access is by role and by site, and session participants never need an account at all.

SSO

SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Enforced MFA inherited from your IdP.

SCIM

Automatic provisioning and de-provisioning; groups map to roles and sites.

Hosting

Data hosted in Australia. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Full audit log.
